Changing IP's across your country via opensource VPNs?

SoftEther VPN, similar to Tor, will give you a new IP via P2P protocol. The thing is every time you connect it's going to be a new random IP. I'd imagine it would be from a larger pool as well than say a commercial VPN. How much does eBay care about the IP being in the same geo location? If you take it slow first when the account is made and do some browsing to build cookies would it let you slide with a new IP the second time around?

The location isn't as important as whether or not the IP has been as abused.

You can get away with IPs across the country from your stealth's address (and even in a completely different country as was proved in another topic, although that's not recommended).

The main thing to worry about is how the people before you treated the IPs. Were they used for spam and various other bad things? Then chances are that the IP is blacklisted and will give you problems on eBay. Not to mention that a lot of VPNs only deal with shared connections which also gives problems.

Tethering, hotspots/dongles, or any way of getting a dedicated non-abused IP is the way to go.
