IPs/Proxies/VPNs/VPS?

Ok, so I'm brand new as you can see and I seem to have learned everything from reading this forum (thanks guys) and now I'm on my way to making my first ebay/PP stealth account. So far I think I've got everything down pat.

1) Each new ebay/paypal used with a new windows user to avoid cookie collection/tracking
2) Each new ebay/paypal used with a different name/address, etc
3) Each new ebay/paypal verified with a different prepard CC (Vanilla Visa)
4) Each new ebay/paypal connected to a different bank account for withdrawals
5) Each new ebay/paypal used with a completely different IP

If I've got everything right, please let me know.

My only question is about #5

I've read that PP easily detects proxies/VPNs and that the only way to go is VPS? I've seen mixed feelings on this all over. If anyone can just point me in the right direction, because the last thing I want to do is set up everything and then get flagged because I used the wrong proxy/VPN/VPS.

What type of Internet service do you currently have?

Are you not able to change IP's easily?

Which country are you trying to create accounts in?

If its the US, then there is no need to look at VPS. Dongles, tethering or using a dynamic IP would do the trick.

If you are really in the USA, you should have no need to use anything other than regular ISP services.

What is your current ISP?

Are you aware that dongles exist?

Are you aware a cell phone could be tethered?


Good news is that there are safer options for your use.
