buyer asked to ship to different address then stopped responding
A guy bought an item from me that ships from China. The listing even showed an estimate dilivery time of 26-51 days. Then he contacts me saying he needs the item shipped to a different address for a friend's birthday next week. So I told him that it ships from China and it wouldn't arrive on time and asked if he wanted a refund. He then said he didn't want a refund but wanted to make the shipping faster for an extra price. I told him I couldn't because it ships from China and told him it wouldnt be any trouble if he wanted a refund? He won't reply to my messages I sent two sepearate ones. Also I'm a bit hesitant at this shipping to a different adress. I don't know what to do because if he doesn't reply at some point soon I will need to ship it or it will be a late delivery and he might complain if I ship it tho because he wanted a refund. What do I do in this situation about a not responding buyer?

Only ship to verified address. If this person ends up opening a case for not receiving the item, he/she will most likely win. You'll loose EVERYTHING. Not worth it... if the item is less than $5, i might consider it...

I'm afraid he might leave a negative feedback. That would really hurt my sales as I currently only have 5 positive feedback, its a new account. I feel like I can't win here.... However the user hasn't ever left a negative on an item so I am assuming that's a good thing. Cuz usually scammers leave a lot of negative feedback right? As far as losing a case, I'm not sure how that effects my account.
