My message "reading pane" gone today

My message "reading pane" gone today, anyone had the same situation?
It is very hard to work without the reading pane.
How to revert it back to old days?

it just do not have the reading pane option like used to had in lower right corner.

even the option "filter" to filter out messages are gone.

seems this is the only glitch in my account? or it is a new layout happen to everyone?
It is so hard to work without "filters" to filter out ebay ID with all previous chat history.
