eBay Return Process Question
A buyer wants the return an item, reason given "defective". The item is not defective, just needs a minor tweaking. I did send the buyer a message explaining what to do and also offered him to return the item is he still doesn't want it.
Until now he never reply back, I did send him a few messages to follow up. The return request is still open, is there a way to close it like on Amazon?
