Inquiry of starting stealth on ebay

So I was reading on a website regarding how to sell on eBay, and it said that I should buy things to get feedback and that hardly do buyers ever buy from sellers with 0 feedback, I asked this question before but I was told that I should sell to make feedback, if no one buys from me then how will I make feedback, so any advice.

buyers feedback has no value of any kind.

Offer a product people want at a fair price and your items will sell. ALL accounts start with 0 feedback even the ones with hundreds if thousands of feedback started with zero.
