Even if you had many negative feedback, i think you are not the only one to report competitor, because that's only buisness and people does it everydays, and not only on Ebay or Amazon but everywhere.

But instead of reporting him, you should have contacted the seller (like mentioned before) because as you can see (18000 feedbacks), his buisness runs very well. Then you could analyse and learn about his method in order to do the same buisness yourself and then reach 18000 feedbacks.

You would earn more by learning than by reporting.
