Returned item sent elsewhere
Sold an item recently, buyer "changed their mind" and wanted to return it. Told them that was fine. They upload tracking which states addressee away, returned to sender.
So I ring RM, tell them no card has been left and that i'm not away at all. I try to re-arrange a delivery only am unable to as i get told the address on the label is not mine and falls outside my postal area to be re-delivered to me. However the PO on the tracking still shows the same city. Nice scam.
Ebay claim its an attempted delivery. It wasn't attempted at my address. Tracking shows the item has been returned to buyer. Ebay claim I am to ring up the buyer and try and convince them to send the item on. Buyers number goes straight to voicemail.
Ebay know all this, and claim they have made the right decision and keep copying/pasting me generic BS. RM are unhelpful and i'm one expensive item down and money down too. Is there anything I can do?
