Default Cases closed without Final Fee, why?

Hey guys....
So the last week I've had 3 non paying buyers buy some of my items... I opened 5 cases under the 'Other reason' option on the resolution center and they accepted. However I havent got a final value fee returned to me. Does anyone know why is that? It says Buyer accepted your request and its closed but no fee returned

Thanks!

If I recall they're credited on your next invoice statement

Well thats very weird cause it says:
Cancel transaction case is now closed. You haven't received a final value fee credit yet.

But then when I go into the case details it says that the buyer accepted the request but I can read this on top of that message:

Case type: Cancel transaction
Case status: Closed. You will not receive a final value fee credit.

Just a FYI....

Be careful of opening too many non paying claims.

What steps do you have in place now?

From what I read you are not opening unpaid item cases. You are requesting to cancel the transactions using "Other Reason" option which is not the correct method for dealing with non paying buyers.

Sounds like it here also. You may want to set up buyer restrictions on your items, i find them helpful if you dont set them way to strict. Also make sure that you are requiring immediate payment with buy it now (BIN) listings. You can also put wording in your adds that state you require payment within a certain amount of time or transaction will be canceled. This last option is really non-enforceable as far as eBay is concerned, but it does give you something you can stick under a buyers nose when a little prompting is needed.
