I have a case from a buyer, who says item wasn't delivered, but tracking shows it was and I am waiting for the buyers response and he still hasn't responded after I updated tracking and messaged him, it's been about 3 or 4 days since he open it. When do they usually get closed??

Contact eBay via live support- I had this last week and he closed the case in my favour right there and then. Negative feedback was removed and funds arrived in my PayPal around 30 minutes later despite him telling me it could take upto 24 hours.
Providing it states delivered, they'll do this for you right away and if the buyers kicks up it will be down to eBay as to whether they also refund the buyer from their protection program.
