Default cases closed without seller resolution: Below standard. Am I at risk & how to fix

Next evaluation coming up in a few weeks and it says projected is below standard because of this:

3 of 130 transactions makes about a 2.28%. Cases closed without seller resolution

So what will happen at my next evaluation, will they give me a warning to get my rate up or give me the boot?

And If I need to get my rate up how many more items do I need to sale in order to get me back right?

And I thought it had to be 3% or less and if I'm at a 2.29% that puts me under 3% right?

You might become "below seller standard" which makes you unable to sell on this account

DarkLordLT: That is incorrect information. They do not remove your ability to sell because you go below standard in the US.

It's not 3.0% It's 0.3%
With only 130 items sold, you have to stay below 2 cases unless you sell more.

Can I ask, why didn't you respond? Was there some problem with the buyer?
You can call and appeal. Don't do that without getting help here first on what to say.
I have been through this with them multiple times and can help. It
would be easier if there was a bit more info about the case.

Im going to appeal. The buyer never even sent the item back to me. He probably sent it back to back to the same zipcode so he can scam and get a refund..

what should I do?

I called. Somehow the buyer 'scammer" never gave ebay tracking shipping the different product back to me.. Ebay somehow refunded the buyer and close the case in thier decision to

When i called it was no record of tracking yet somehow ebay refunded him. Ebay said they will grant the appeal in my favor and refund me within 24 hours

It will probably reset after the 20th. Cases only count from before the 30th of last month. So anything after that would be NEXT eval. So just wait.
