I would probably call/chat (I know bad advice) BUT, in this case, ebay sees you in cahoots with the postal service in question, and you stated quiet clearly how your 'partners' shipping works and the time frame.
Ive won cases like this.
Its just like amazon (Tip:Ebay hates to have them (Amazon) thrown in their face)
I order something
it says 5 days to get.
the package ships out on day 4
I get it on day 5.
Anything after that is amazons/the sellers fault, But I cannot fuss until AFTER that date.
Am I ticked that they held an item that long? Yup, but I was told CLEARLY when Id get it.
