Feedback threats

What is the page to report the feedback extorsion or threats. Got a guy who bought an item from me and then decides he doesnt like it. I offered a refund and he got pissed because he would have to pay to send it back and then he leaves me a negative after buying one of my other auctions saying how im a bad seller and not trustworthy and dont ship. Left the feedback after 3 minutes of auction ending so I wanna bring it to ebays attention and get it removed. Anyone got the link

I'd like to get that website too. I have someone I'd like to report. He was a total jerk and didn't even give me a chance to resolve anything. Threatened to give me negative unless I gave him his money immediately, without him shipping it back. He opened a Paypal dispute before I could say the word. WHAT A JERK!! I clearly had a refund policy listed, as required.

Go to help, then click contact us. Type "Feedback" in the search, click search, then click email us and fill in the required info.

Here is the Link its called "Feedback Abuse". Once there scroll all the way down to Contact Customer Support click on the
(Report) listing violations or problems with another eBay member.

If he bought an item and left feedback within three minutes, you have a very good shot at getting it removed. Do a lot of searching within the eBay help pages. This is cleary a violation of eBay rules..

Oh, I found it. It's eBuyer Feedback. You can search a buyers feedback or sellers on this website. Not sure if anyone else has used this or it has been already mentioned. Just thought I would share it.

Lasvegas68, I thought you wanted to contact ebay and remove the Negative/Neutral feedback? That was the link I provided above.

The website that you provided is just for sellers to leave negative/neutral feedback.

Boomer, the buyer never left feedback yet..they threatened too if I didn't give him his money immediately...which I held my ground and didn't...told him to return stuff and I would refund...and he did return it and I refunded same day...but I think it's rude to threaten to give negative unless you give them their money immediately...i did use your link and reported them along with their email...i hope this doesn't get me in trouble

Has anyone heard of this site lasvegas68 mentioned? Does it really work? Is it against Ebay's policy? Personally, I think some of the buyers deserve a big fat negative!
