Yea this came into action a few weeks ago in the UK. Totally defeats the point on Neutral.
It's actually unfair. Say a buyer buys an item, it's out of stock, and you send them a refund. They leave you a neautral.
You sell someone a faulty item, refuse to refund them, they leave you a neg.
Out of the two situations, the feedback counts as the same, despite in one you've got a reasonablly happy customer, and the other, and thoroughly pissed off one.
Really doesn't make sense.
