Negative Feedback on ripped box
Hi Guys,
so i recently received a negative feedback. We use a box to package our clutches and then stick them into a medium flat rate box from USPS.
The buyer received the packaged all ripped and what not. Now we did not ship the item inside a ripped box obviously. This is USPS fault for handling with NO care. Due to USPS handling my packages without CARE I receive a damn negative feedback, can this be removed since its not my fault that USPS treats the packages like SH*t.
This is the original feedback that was received:
Boxed showed up mangled clutch almost falling out the box little to no concern.
what should I do? this is seriously not my fault
