Negative Feedback on ripped box

Hi Guys,
so i recently received a negative feedback. We use a box to package our clutches and then stick them into a medium flat rate box from USPS.
The buyer received the packaged all ripped and what not. Now we did not ship the item inside a ripped box obviously. This is USPS fault for handling with NO care. Due to USPS handling my packages without CARE I receive a damn negative feedback, can this be removed since its not my fault that USPS treats the packages like SH*t.
This is the original feedback that was received:

Boxed showed up mangled clutch almost falling out the box little to no concern.

what should I do? this is seriously not my fault

you can contact buyer, apologise and say not your fault and send them revise feedback link.

other than that, give a reply on fb and state it was courier fault and apology for inconvenience.

after that, do not worry. other buyers understand one-off fb like that, they really do. Just make a few sales extra and maybe buy a few things too, and push the neg to second page.

ebay revise feedback does still exist yes. Solving it with the buyer and sending a revision request is the only way forward with this one. Be calm, and explain the situation.

ebay wont help out. they deem postage to be your responsibility.

I have a set amount of money put to one side to deal with the worst forms of humanity that cross our path.

Biting the bullet and giving something for nothing to someone at the same level as pondlife (no offence to pondlife) stings a little but in the grander scheme of things its good to maintain the reputation.

Not needed the revise feedback feature yet but am sure will do soon.

Its official in the UK we have the most crazy and nutty buyers.
