If you owe the fees and you have made money from the account just pay it.

Depends how much it is. Ebay will hound you forever and threaten you but anything under 100 isn't work chasing through bailiffs or court.

Well if it’s a stealth account they can’t really hound or chase you because it’s stealth details but it’s entirely upto to whether you want to pay it or not and of course as previously stated it’s a moral issue to.
