| lissyclark | 12-27-2007 06:40 PM | ahh this sucks! How can i send them those documents when i am not who i say i am lol I ALMOST am who i say i am. middle name and last name instead of first middle and last name
eg) lissy claire marr (not really my name btw for security reasons)
registered as claire marr
any ideas? they have no replied yet |
| aspkin | 12-27-2007 08:24 PM | Exactly what Super Stealth suggest, Modee was king of this. |
| ebayhateluv | 12-28-2007 05:31 AM | HI- If you have a Relative with last name the same, they will accept that util bill- I did one in July, was using my moms address, i faxed her gas bill in- they restored the acct in a few days |
| lissyclark | 12-28-2007 07:25 AM | how do you mean :)
My last name registerd on the account is my actual last name.
I dont want to risk using my parents address though as my mum is a silver powerseller and dont want to risk her from being suspended.
So if i faxed in...say? my brothers utility bill they would accept it even though he is for example james stone and i am lissy stone (not really my name btw) and the bill would state james stone?
how do they verify documents? |
BTW, If you have such accounts which are suspended due to non-payment of seller fees
Or you sold sold sold and there is fees amount due ..and you don't wanna pay them -
I can buy these accs for cheap
(they must be in good standing without complaints with positive feedbacks from buyers).
PM me. All I need is ebayID with password and e-mail with password for this account. And you must not use it in future. |
| sycore | 12-28-2007 03:44 PM | LOL, I have a few account in non-payment. Nowdays, the suspend you for non payment after a few months. Some I owe couple hundred, some thousand. |
| ebayhateluv | 12-28-2007 09:27 PM | I think Fiev wants those accounts for something were NOT doing here... |
| lissyclark | 12-29-2007 02:22 AM | have any of you sent in photo shoped documents? I have done this now and will send them to get my seller limits lifted when the account is back on (i have been informed that it will as soon as payment clears and the debit is actually out of my account which could take up to 25 days!! crazzyyy! this is what 2 different reps told me on live chat im just waiting for trust and safety to confirm this. They said once payment clears the limits will automaticly be lifted |
| ivegotinfo | 12-29-2007 12:42 PM | ^ yep, check pm |
| kasabian | 12-30-2007 04:21 PM | I'm currently pulling a modee :D
My fees balance at the moment is £620 ($1200 approx)
I haven't paid anything since opening the account nearly 3 months ago.
I'm not going to pay a penny. The credit card they have on file is a £10 gift card..
The account will probably get shut down soon I expect. What the hey, I'll just start another one.. |
| ebayhateluv | 12-30-2007 05:11 PM | JUst 1 questoin- with this theory-- how to maintain- build back up to a 2-3,000 feedback acct?? |
| kasabian | 12-30-2007 05:17 PM | errr....what? |
| pauluss | 12-30-2007 06:45 PM | Decide wether you are in for the short term or if you wanna become an eBay 'hit n run' expert? either is fine
pauluss |
| ebayisanecessaryevil | 01-01-2008 03:16 PM | I like to register accounts on the last day of the billing cycles, then start selling on the first day of the next cycle.
I can max out my life span for each name until the EBI block notices come.
That's why registering names every day is so important, so you can spread your exposure across both billing cycles and not lose all your names at once.
One thing weird is sometimes I'll register on the 14th or 15th wanting a 15th of the month invoice date, YET I still get on the last day of the month cycle.
OH almost forgot, the billing date cycle is determined by when you create your seller's account by putting a credit card on it, not your actual account creation date. |
| Jonas | 01-02-2008 08:37 PM | I find accounts with little feedback don't sell as well as if they have about 50 feedback. It's also time consuming to make new accounts every month. Unless you're selling expensive items that need lots of upgrades then it might not be worth it to make new accounts just for a small amount of fees. |
| myshtern | 01-04-2008 11:57 AM | How to avoid EBAY fees, also how not to pay them after suspension We've got suspended, they're really trying to screw us on everything including fees. We've gotten an email saying they will charge our credit card in the next 5-7 days. What's the easiest way to avoid this fee? Just cancel the credit card?
Thanks |
| aspkin | 01-04-2008 11:59 AM | Come on guys, use the right forums.. |

Thanks | Lol, that would probably be the fastest and easiest way. Do it ASAP! |
| myshtern | 01-04-2008 02:59 PM | Will they be able to pull the money from the linked paypal account? |
| koalawash | 01-04-2008 09:09 PM | They will if there's money left in that Paypal account. |
| ivegotinfo | 01-05-2008 12:31 PM | thats why registering wih 25$ gift cards is the way to go. then you are out a max. of 25$ if you didnt spend that money somewhere else beforehand :) |

| Jonas | 01-06-2008 12:22 AM | ebay claims it's 6 months before they hit paypal in their help files. |
| rond100 | 01-06-2008 12:30 AM | They only take money from paypal on a linked account if you previous authorized eBay to deduct fees from your paypal account. Otherwise they will not take the fees. |

| umaga | 02-04-2008 06:55 PM | not paying your fees ebay just suspended me for copyright violation. i had about $70 in fees before suspension. i closed my bank account so they wont be to withdraw from it. now my question is, when ebay finds out that they cant withdraw, what will happen? will they send me to a collection agency? or they will just send a few threats and then leave me alone? |
| coolandcalm | 02-04-2008 07:12 PM | They cant send you to a collection agency without a ssn#, they will send you threatening emails and then leave you alone eventually |
| ebayhateluv | 02-04-2008 07:32 PM | Hey..MODEE's the MAN for Ebay Non Pyt... Pm him.. :))
(sorry Modee, couldnt resist)... |
| aspkin | 02-05-2008 01:45 AM | If they don't have your real name, address or SS#, they can't do anything except sending you threaten letters. |
| umaga | 02-05-2008 09:52 PM | not paying your ebay fees hi, after getting suspended, i have decided i dont want to pay my sellers fees, as long as there wont be consequences.
ebay has my real name and my real address, bnut they dont have my SS#.
so what will they do if i dont pay? |
| GreenBean | 02-05-2008 10:09 PM | I think you asked this yesterday? Look at what threads you have started and
read those answers. |
| ivegotinfo | 02-14-2008 12:11 AM | depends on what you sell and how much feedback you have. |
| spiderman | 02-19-2008 04:54 AM | need to viod fees, help please i have one eBay account linked to paypal and another linked to a credit card.
1. my ebay account that is linked to paypal got suspended, can i ignore the fees even after 180days from ebay taking money out of my paypal account forcibly. can i just change my paypal email addresses, like delete email address that used on that ebay account or do i have to shutdown that paypal account to avoid the fees, thank you
2. ebay already charged me on my credit card on my other account, i have no paypal linked on that, so i can dispute it and get money back, i have discover card. will that be a problem i don't care if that account gets suspended. it has 75feedbacks but oh well as long as i can void fees.
thak you if anyone can answer my questions. |
| koalawash | 02-19-2008 05:02 AM | 1. You cannot use that Paypal account with eBay ever again. From what I understand, eBay will take the fees from that Paypal account by force unless somehow you're able to get the funds out of your Paypal account in time.
2. If you don't care about that account getting suspended, then go for it. What do you have to lose? |

if i takeout all my money right now and close the account, i guess then i can create a new paypal account, this paypal account i now has all my personal information on it, so i can recreate it i guess. Or do i even need to close the account. |
| koalawash | 02-19-2008 02:25 PM | I'm pretty sure that Paypal keeps all old info for your accounts on file anyway. It really wouldn't matter on their end what kind of info you deleted. All you really "deleted" it from is your view of the Paypal account.
But anyway yeah I think your best bet is to just create a new Paypal account. |

But anyway yeah I think your best bet is to just create a new Paypal account. | right now i do have a valid credit card and valid bank account and valid address and name on paypal account, if i close the account, can eBay still locate me threw paypal. on ebay i got all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, but is linked to paypal account, can i get in trouble by paypal if i close a account and reopen it with almost same info like name address, bank adn credit card, i guess they can't keep track of your creditcaard or bank , it seem s illegal if they do that. but what about the address or name and so on. thank you
also i don't remember what identification i gave paypal when created it bank in 2006. i think they might have my ssn or diver license, bt if i close adn recreate i hope i don't get in trouble.
thank you |

Paypal is nothing like this.. you should go to paypalsucks.com for one thing and familiarize yourself with their evil ways. Anyway no, they keep track of all used credit cards, bank accounts, and then some. |
| koalawash | 02-19-2008 09:26 PM | Anyway just how much in fees are we talking about here? | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:49 PM. | |
