Delay in approval of verification documents in Payoneer

Has anyone received a document vertification approval from Payoneer in the last week?
I submitted for the vertification documents a 10 days ago, but I still haven't received a reply. My friends also submitted the documents, but they also didn't get approved.

Has anyone recently been approved for document verification?
Or Payoneer approval teams are on vacation now?

Payoneer is a garbage company employing cheap staff, so delays are normal. Longest delay i had with them was 2 months.

They are. And they are cutting costs, and that Covid crap allowed everyone to do whatever sheet they want and use pandemics as excuse while they just want to sheet on customers and save money by underhiring low-skilled staff.

Can't log in with account blocked message on login page. No message no nothing by email. Or only one email that says they can't add my bank account to my payo.
Identity shoul be automatically verified in less than an hour. Not valid for address

He said just "I will pass it to the department"
