I have my friend's docs and I want to set up PP acc and withdrawing to my own debit card. It will be EU PP. Is it possible to pass AVS check somehow ?

If your address doesn't match your friends, then nope. You'll need to use his debit card (if it allows withdrawals).

This isn't advised, but that's a whole another topic.

Ok. I will use mine card and put some creativity when EU limits comes.

Nobody knows for sure, but do they check somehow the docs numbers and dob ? What guys do you think ?

I thought they only match the account info and sended docs.

They check only the date of birth and the name, the number of the document(ID card or drivers license) is not checked.

I dont think that's an option, at least I know its not openly available on UK accounts. Might be different for other EU accounts.

That is normal for UK accounts, so I would assume same goes for EU based accounts.

All PayPal accounts are initially ‘Unverified’ and have limits on sending, receiving and withdrawing money. To remove these limits and to comply with EU law, we will ask you to verify more information about yourself by completing some or all of the steps below:

Add and confirm your bank.
Link and confirm a credit or debit card.
Provide business information (Business accounts only).

By setting up bank funding your PayPal account will become Verified.

You can complete the steps and remove all your limits, as follows:

Go to your account summary.
Near the bottom left corner of the page under 'More about your account', click View your account limits.
Select the limits you wish to remove, click Lift Limits and follow the steps.

Note: You can begin these steps at any time, however if all the steps are not completed and you reach the annual receiving limit of £1,700 then you will no longer be able to withdraw or send money, fund transactions or close your account until you complete the steps.

How recent is that information though? because very very very recently they removed the ability to lift limit until you were near the yearly limits.

Old thread update.
Yes there is no way to submit docs before PP require them.

And one question:

When I am creating PP I am using mine own bank issued cards. I am making every PP with different address. Is it a problem that each new address have same numeric portion (matching to my real address numbers to pass the AVS) ?

You can trigger paypal for a soft limitation that will jump start the information request to verify, but its better to naturally let that happen and then submit them when they need them.

Try adding them with mismatching information and see if they work. Most bank cards will go through and you will be able to make more unique accounts to avoid getting linked

To mismatch the numeric portion ? At what point will I find out that the card is rejected by PP due to AVS ?
