What kind eBay/paypal account selling items from Taiwan/China

Hi,

I am new on this site. I have some experiences selling on eBay in US. now I am in Asia I do run my own eBay hongkong account as all user from China/Taiwan/Hongkong all register in eBay.HK. I am having issue getting over 10 items/$800 USD limit. I am wondering what kind of eBay/paypal account to I buy, that will makes a the transaction easy. I want a bigger limit account as I already have items to sell here.
