Got Suspended for no reason..

My eBay account got suspended a while ago and now I made an eBay account for my friend, with his information only. I opened a new PC account, used a new WiFi connection and waited 1 month until I listed the first item.
The item was Just A Trim, a simple trimmer nothing risky, listed it for 11$.
After only 1 day, the account got suspended with no explanation from eBay.
The massage I recived is:
"After reviewing your eBay account, we have noted several concerns within your account actvity. As a result; we have suspended your account. If you feel this action was taken in error and would like to countinue to use your eBay account, we would like to verify your account and eBay account activity directly with you. Registering a new account may hinder any option to appeal your account. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally and appreciate your understanding".

I tried to email them to "Verify" my activity but everytime I try to get into the mail page, this massage always appears so I can't really contact them..

I just hate eBay so much..

Clearly you've done something to raise their suspicions, they dont suspend account without good reason.

That's right and pretty much the only explanation. It can be your IP, phone and so on.
Keep trying and it should eventually work.
