I believe kids toys are high risk. When I start with a toy even listed from home I get 5 listings limit. I believe it's got to do with the whole thing of unbranded toys containing harmful materials and what not

I agree with you, also a lot of toys actually have a brand name like Lego or Fischer price etc. THey are heavily monitored.

It is better to wait around 30 days. The accounts are much safer after ebay asking you to put your QA.

In past 3 months, I have created ca.250 accounts. One month later, rate 1:25 is suspended : live. About these suspended accounts, 40% EBAY told me that the accounts were linked or hit the EBAY policy, so they were blocked forever. 60% EBAY told me they just randomly check some accounts and asked me to upload my documents and those accounts 100% were reinstated after uploading my docs. I created all accounts in the same way and uploaded all the same kind of "valid" documents.

So I believe EBAY just limits the quantity of accounts in some way. I have tested over 15 accounts, all these 1-month-old accounts are fine at creating first listing,at least until listing ending or auction ending.

I always upload documents for lifting my accounts and nearly 100% approved.

Live chat in UK site, sometimes ebay support told me the account was not british. Call, I am living in China now.

I have had a similar problems, several times recently...so let me ask this question...when the account was suspended, did you happen to have any "returns" and if so were did the return labels have the stealth address?

I didn't or haven't tried to send docs, since if that's is the case, then even if you have an ID with the stealth address, it wont matter.

How did you submit the "valid" documents?
