Right, linking ebay with Paypal is not necessary.
Essentially, to create an ebay account and sell you also don't need to add a Paypal email for payment, you can sell without a paypal account by deactivating the immediate payment box. Once you receive a payment you can register to paypal. It is especially useful if you want to create ebay accounts with instant listings before selling.

Exactly, that's the way you can start your selling without issue with your Paypal account. However, you will need to open one when you send or withdraw your funds

Suppose if we created a ebay account without linking the paypal email and listed items on it for sale. Due to some reason ebay has banned your account can we still add our paypal account to get money from the sales that happed before than ban ?

In a word no you will be found out and PayPal account will be toast.

Not correct at all , the WEBRTC is nothing that make changes , even if you test it on you real PC with your websties sageestions , you still will get "Potential leak" , i manage tons of accs with simple dedicate proxy , and soem of them work well , some of them suspended at some point , we can never know what exact reason. but we yes can know what combination work ..

1 got suspended 4 weeks ago due to my testing and all 13 were and are in same windows system with separate user accounts.

I truly don't understand why few really worry about it.
If WebRTC is enabled it will leak the real IP thats why its risky,
And about windows users you can use Firefox profiles or portable browsers it work fine

Concerned about safety ? Yes, it affects.
Concerned about safety of stealth acc ? No, it doesn't affect.
How long do you have experience of using multiple stealth on single windows user accounts ?
