Hello, I would like to know if I need to bind the automatic payment method and link the PayPal account after successfully creating an eBay Seller Account, will it be suspended if it is not bound for a long time?

No, but if you go to Seller Account, it will say it’s not fully open because there’s no payment method linked to it.
