Hey OP, I have the same thing right now and my scheduled payout date has changed from December 3rd to December 24th. I'm wondering if your payout was made on the date stated from within your account dashboard, or was that date disregarded and the payout arrived after they set the 60 day countdown? Thanks in advance.

That is just a temporary restriction. I believe you will get the funds at the stated time and will be able to continue selling on that account if nothing goes wrong.
In my case it was a permanent restriction, so no payout date was stated, the funds remained there until they timed out automatically after 60 days.
