MC011 Restriction I have a £1,000 payout but it’s held
So I’ve been dropshipping on ebay for the last 2 months and I’ve done £10,000 in revenue and accumulated 51 positive feedback with 97% positive. I’ve cancelled orders at the beginning when I was a bit reckless for example if my supplier was out of stock I’d just cancel my customers order rather than buy it somewhere else for a small loss etc. so I’ve cancelled a fair few for out of stock. I’ve had returns but I’ve always solved them quickly. This is the email I got.
“A number of your recent transactions have resulted in buyer complaints opened through eBay Money Back Guarantee or their payment processor, and were closed because you haven't provided one of the following:
- Valid tracking showing delivery
- A resolution within the expected timeframe
You can restore your selling privileges by taking the following actions:
- Pay any outstanding balance due to eBay as a result of refunds issued to your buyers
- Add a valid automated payment method on your account
- Resolve any open claims
- If available, upload tracking for items you recently sold
Once you complete these requirements, reply to this email, and we’ll review your account. We may ask you to provide additional information during our review.”
I hve 3 orders I need to add tracking to, and I have 1 return waiting to arrive so I can refund the buyer and that’s it. No negative balance or anything like that. So I’m wondering what’s the likelihood of getting my account reinstated and if not would I still be able to get the money? Thanks for any help I get!
