They can see it but they aren’t suspending you for having the same HWID, I found this out by going to eBay.com on Opera browser. As soon as you go to eBay.com Opera would ask for permission through your firewall.

I have around 160 accounts on same device, different users since February and no issues. Just keep changing IP

Theres a big difference between a website on a PC and a game through the app store

If they could check hardware id, then nobody would be able to create multiple accounts

So you are saying , making new user account would be enough aside from the usual steps such as changing IP , real phone number etc ?
