Activity: 0% Longevity: 4% | | Making new account after suspension, do I have all boxes checked?
Banned in 2020 on a MP account. Looking to resell again.
I'll be partnered with my significant other. She is fine with account, but wants nothing to do with it beyond getting paid lol - She has my last name
- She has her own phone number
- She has a separate residential address
- It will be her 7 year old account
- She will use her SSN and other info to sign up account
- I'm buying a new notebook pc to use strictly for ebay
- I'll run the notebook off of mobile hotspot
- All shipping to and from will be her address
- She will open a new checking account to attach to the ebay account
- She will claim the income and deductions on her taxes
I'm essentially a manager for her store. Am I missing something that could link her account to my identity, and get her banned?

It all looks good to me.
Other things to look out for, if you have had an eBay app on your mobile phone previously do not install a new one and use it for this account, it will link you.
Even though its a 7 year old account treat it like a new one when you start selling, no big bangs into selling, no risky products to list, no VERO or digital products.
Try a $0.99 start auction for 7 days.
Use browsers like chrome.

| No vero, no digital, no risky, check. How would you ease into selling? I kind of want to hit the ground running, so that will be tough. I ran a 150 item store before, and I'd like to get it back to that point.

Slow and steady it the best approach, its frustrating, with an account with little or no selling history, they will suspend it or make life difficult if you do big sales volumes straight away, built it up over weeks and months.

She has a 350 item upload allowance, or $20k
Do I still need to take it slow you think?

Do I still need to take it slow you think? | doesn't matter if the creation age is "old" - the account would be considered new based on the short selling history. go slow and grow it well

Do I still need to take it slow you think? | Yes the account will be viewed as a new account as far as selling is concerned, as no activity for a while so it needs building up
