Suspended after 20 years

I am on Ebay 20 years.
I had 3 stores until 2 months.
Without suspended never, except some restriction for 3 days.

I closed before 2 months for tax reasons (DAC7 - EU).

Before 3 days I open new private account and Account has been suspended immediately.
Yesterday I open new account and again suspended in 24 yours.

Any idea what happen ?
From Ebay not answer.

This suspended is permanent ? or in some months/years allow me again ?

kk123, if your accounts is being suspended immediately there is a problem in your setup.

List your steps of account creation so ppl can analyze and discuss with you

Don't forget that eBay will suspend all new personal accounts after creation and first listing at this time of year, you should wait until February when it will be easier to create a new account without this happening to you.

At 1st account 3 days ago:
I writed me real Name / Address (as last 20 years)
and my mobile Phone (same at last 10 years).
Block my immediately.
After ask me to upload Identity ID and I had send them.
Nothing happen. Continue block my.

At 2st account 1 days ago:
I write me real Name / Address (as last 20 years)
and me mobile Phone (same at last 10 years).
Today (after 24 hours) I declare payout Bank (WISE) and listing 1st item (a replica as I had sold for many years). After 10 minutes blocked and this account.
"account has been permanently suspended"

In this account I used different browser & IP address.

it was silly to close established accounts because of tax reporting and try to open new ones with same details

you will have a very hard time to open new accounts and get them established , even after february they will still be closing most new accounts

they apparently had a panic attack because of tax reporting and closed down their entire ebay business in order not to be reported

now , in the best case , it will take a year to come back to the old condition on new accounts as new accounts a hard to open and will take many months to get them established before any significant volumes could be sold

Greek personal income tax can be 44%.

They don't have my VAD ID but of course they have all others personal data.

Now I want a new store from 2024 to sell up to 30 items a year that allows the DAC7.

This guide not is now applied in Greece and in European Union due to Ebay work with Bank / IBAN.

Perhaps work in others countries or before Manages Payments.

DAC 7 was created to check if people are not paying taxes, its not that big of a deal.
eBay will just send your accounts information to the tax agency but in Europe tax agency are part of the Government and they just use those data when there is a tax evasion
If you have VAT, pay taxes, all good.. nothing will happen

The tax agency in Europe could still contact ebay to check if you are evading taxes (Before DAC7). Its written on the page when you add the VAT Number. It always been like this.

Ofc its risky to create stealth account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id. Just create some with your siblings names

The government will use those data if you dont pay taxes. But everyone thinks that ebay will send those information and automatically with an algorithm your Government will took you in some court. Its exact the opposite, they will see your bank accounts if you didnt pay taxes they use the DAC7 Data to see if there is a mismatch

The purpose of DAC 7 is find people that use Paypal or marketplaces to do illegal stuffs, money laundering and so on

THe basics on making accounts and maintaining them is still the same.
Other changes is covered in the forum since it's more specialized issues.

If you don't even follow the basics forget about doing anything higher level since you won't have an account.

Hindsight is 20/20,OP should have kept the old account alive and pay tax.
Can you ask Ebay if you can re -open your account?
