I'm a new member on this forum. I have a question to the aspkin community. Is it possible to re-instate indefinitely suspended account?
Here's my story. I've been an ebay member for 12 years. 381 feedback with no negatives. In the last 2 weeks I opened a store. Was hit with one violation of copying someone's photo. Then eBay decided it's time to put a limit on my account. I called and raised the limit. Then they canceled some of my listings for a violation of their Branding policy, which is completely inaccurate. To make the long story short, they suspended my account shortly after that.
Any way to re-instate it?

re-instatements are RARE,,,VERY RARE,,,The odds are better that you will go to the moon someday,,,best to forget that account,,create several New Stealth accounts and move on

Vall and ask, post the emails/violations that you received so ppl here can help you. Some violations are more serious than others. ut wow 12 years and BAM then cut you like that, thats sad really...
Easier to just put the effort into a new account. With all the buyer protection on ebay and paypal and the way that let scammers rape the sellers, feedback does not mean as much as it did. Once you get around 10-20 positive ratings you are just as good a 328 feedback account, only thing you lose is the listing discounts.
Well, I read eBay Stealth, and it looks like the new account would require a new banking acct, address, name, e.t.c. I was hoping there was a better way to get a new unlinked account without hiding too much. I'm just not used to these methods of doing business.
And also, one other question is if it's still possible to use the current paypal account with a new eBay account even if I change IP's, e.t.c. I can also change the address in PP as we have an actual business location.
@aboss3, You can either start from scratch or sit there and never sell ever again. The ball is in your court...It's up to you to make the move to a stealth(s) account(s) and get back in to selling.
