Got this notice, doesn't say anything about not relisting the item and they didn't send me a separate notice about my account status, I can still sell.
Does this count toward me the MC999 notice, because i know if you get 2 MC999 other serious ones like trademark the account can be down 7days or suspension . but this isn't trademark.....

But this one was "MC999 NOTICE: eBay Listing(s) Removed" it just asking me to put a clear photo of the item. If i relist this will i get suspended? What if i put a clear photo will i get suspended or no, Look like the message just a random check because I been selling the same items for months.

Most definitely dont relist the item.

They didnt remove your item because of fuzzy picture,for sure.

O got my first MC999 today for ID verification...

I went too fast and got too comfy... I then realized the $120 branded item was on account less then month old.

You should not re list a removed item unless you want risk of account closure
