UK users have been having the same problem also so I thought that the situation was no different. I'm going to try creating a US account just to test this out... then I will know for sure.

If it works then I will report back and start up an account shop here. If not then I will know that not even I could crack it and will report accordingly. Sound fair?

this has happened to me also, i started the account, waited a week and started listing tons of things, i got to 8 items of the maximum of 10 items and bam, the name was suspended just like that, i couldn't even log back in or anything. so a little later i started again, used a real address instead of the made up one i used before that and so far so good! within a month, my limits have gone up from 10 & $500 to 150 & $7000 so i must be doing something right! thanks eBay Stealth!

And I'm back... it worked. As did all my tricks that I use in the UK...
