Stealth account with LLC

I bought the Stealth Book. Great read!

I want to create an eBay Stealth account for my LLC. the LLC is called FIRST CITIZEN SHORE LLC
I have a registered agent and virtual office with it
Is it an issue if the LLC does not sound like a person name?


I am going to get an EIN for paypal verification.
Will paypal ever need a social security number?

I could not find that in the guide: which person name should I use when I register my LLC with eBay? My name (linkable to suspended account) or a made up name?

That should not be a problem at all.

Under LLC you will not be asked for Social Security Number. Logically, LLC is a corporation and there are several owners (stocks that you sell).

If you open your paypal account as BUSINESS and under LLC, a random name would work fine.

An LLC is NOT a corporation.

If FIRST CITIZEN SHORE is the real name of the LLC, , you have just broadcast your intention to use it for a stealth account. Not a good move to remain under the radar.

In my case, my LLC is an S-corperation. You are allowed to combine LLC with S-corporation for tax purposes. You are allowed to request S-Corp status for your LLC. The LLC remains a limited liability company from a legal standpoint but for tax purposes it's treated as an S-Corperation.

been looking for a thread like this for days.. impact thks i have another question to make sure I do this right , I am in no hurry to get banned again and just want to make sure I do the procedure correct i have searched over and over again looking for a guide on the llc.

ok my questions.

just wanna make sure you said that using any name in the PP account is ok under the LLC name? say like "john doe" as example? and same info is also on ebay also correct? just want to make sure incase they call or something that I have it covered. or maybe i should use a family /friends name incase they ever ask for ID?

is ok to use a family's name is they still have the same last name as me but live at a different address?

My main question is im starting a new business LLC lets call it "blah blah LLC" for example and im using my name as a manager is that ok? with the new ein number I will get with the account to make on PP? just dont want to be linked with old account with my name..

when i open a bank account for the new business LLC can I use the CC/ debit card for verification? just want to make sure they cant see my name on the llc bank account and CC..

and last but not least, when i have an LLC and EIN and followed the cleaning procedures cookies and different address, phone, email etc. I should be good to go?

Theses are exactly the same questions I have. I have not even tried to open a new account yet, but I plan on selling well over their verification limit. Can I just create the LLC with EIN and start again with a business account to begin with ? or do I have to start with personal and upgrade to business later ? Can't use SS#

I have the same questions as serenityseeker and bigspyda. I would rather have one account instead of multiple stealth accounts. Is there a guide out there regarding LLCs and setting that up for eBay? There is a little bit in the stealth guide, but not much. I hope someone can chime in... thanks.

OK if this helps guys I had many questions when I got on here but have been selling again for 2 months with no issues but I didn't go with the LLC way, I purchased a high limit account from slokor and followed all the stealth rules with new IP, new account info on computer but I did a bunch of reading first probably at least a month I got the account and was very nervous and waited at least 2 weeks even before logging in because I was scared but once I wrote a list of what to do each time on the computer from logging in and changing all the ways I use to use eBay I found out it wasn't that bad now I'm back on and "knock on wood, its going good my advise would be read a lot of the forums and read the book again and then the forums again its pretty easy. I only use one account right now and will be adding a second soon but if I was you I would read and then purchase an account then selling slowly, make a purchase first possibly a PDF file purchase then start selling slowly 15 first week and go up each week a little bit and you will be more confident and before you know it you will be back to where you was before getting banned. What do you do if you get asked for verification when you get close to the limits ? Or are you just going to try to stay below that ?

Has this ever been answered any where? I intend to start an LLC any way. If it will avoid me having to use SSN that kills two birds.
