I used to work for a dude who used to sell exotic cars on eBay, several hundred thousand dollars per months. He too got suspended once for shell bidding. There more successful you are the more playa hating you attract!!
I had several items removed on February 2nd, those were VeRO related. After than, I ⊗⊗⊗⊗d an e-mail from VeRO member telling eBay to reinstate those items. It worked, items got reinstated.. BUT ENDED.
Then, several days later that VeRO got them removed again.. Fine, no problems.
Then a week later those same items that got removed agian, got removed again.. :eek:
Now, I'm banned.

Thus, I was banned for 3 strikes against same thing.. It's like item AAAAA got removed once, then another time, and then another time.. 3 strikes! The 2nd time eGay rep from india kindly indicated to me that it was removed in error and that eBay will not count that agaisnt me. But eGay is eGay.
My plan is to call power seller team tomorrow morning, 866 519 3229 ....... Hopefully I can get my account back up, stop all that VeRO crap, and sell things from my closet instead.
Now, here is the question.. What can I do to insure that those got damn items that were removed 3 times do not get removed the 4th time.. The VeRO member keeps on submitting his NOCI form again and again, that's what I think is happening.
That VeRO is super dumb when it comes to eBay, he sees other items on eBay that he wants removed, so he submits the same form he made which has my item numbers on it.
Can I file a couter NOCI or couter VeRO?
Another thing, I have two other accounts, on one of which I'm selling things. Both accounts use same credit card, same bank account, same password, same PayPal security key, same PayPal account (linked)..
I cleared chache and cookies and got new IP. I can log on to those accounts, and they are OK. Should I list new things on them?
I understand that the more successful you are the more people will hate you, that's the fact of life. So, I'm pretty sure more things will come.. How long should I keep quiet on my suspended account once it gets reinstated?
You'd envy me for this, I can open an new bank account for free! Not only that, I have two debit cards for the same bank account, Visa and Master Card, not only that, I have 10 or so credit cards!
