ebay suggestion?

Hi. 2 weeks ago I got MC999 "Indefinite seller restriction" on ebay.com. I was selling also on ebay.de, today they freeze my .de account because they somehow linked these accounts (I can't list anything on .de account). Today, I open an ebay canada account and list a first item, after listing I got MC010 where I need to contact them?

So what should I do? I would like to sell on ebay.com again. Is there any way I can open a new account (with other information) but with same paypal account (can I just change paypal mail) or I need to change everything? I also have a US bank account linked to paypal account, do I need a new bank account If I plan to open a new paypal account or not?

What should I do in this situation? Please help. Any suggestion?!

Stop making any accounts until you learn the corect way.

All your info, including bank account must be new.

What are you using to access the different sites? VPN/proxy?

You need to create new account with everything different : new info, new ip, new bank, etc.

As everyone stated the stealth guide should be your first move.
There were fundamental steps you needed to take when creating your new ebay account which are listed for you in the guide.
And also stated above - by no means is the guide a single source with ALL the info. Things with ebay/paypal change on a daily basis so you must stay updated by visiting the forum frequently.
