Abusing ebay ?

Hi guys, I posted a message here other day ,asking about abusing ebay problem ,since I used new address, phone number ,name ,still got Suspended after I started selling ,the message they gave me was abusing ebay .
I have no idea what that means .
but this morning , I was checking the e-mail address for the new account , I heard back from ebay, they are asking drivers licesen, bank statement .
and all the sudden , I remember , I used one of our credit card with our real information on that ebay account ......could that be the reason ?and did ebay Suspended me because credit card holder 's name doesnt match the name on ebay ? or they Suspended me because they found out the information on my credit card , it links to my old Suspended accounts ?
I just want to know if ebay is able to see all my information on my credit card (like address, phone number ), cause I have an old account , got 7 days Suspention , I faxed the stuff , and waiting for them to open ,I am afriad this new account will now link my old accounts since it has my credit card on there .:(

what should I do now ?

they dont see your real information on your card.

Does the billing address match the new address you gave ebay or is it the old address??

you meant billing address on our credit card ?or on ebay ?
I am sorry if this is a stupid question .
I am from china ,I just moved here with my husband(he is america ) , I had never even used credit card when I was in China .
so, now I am so confused about all these bank accounts ,credit cards ,ebay , paypal things !
I know now , it's gonna take me a while before I get everything straight and make stealth account .:(

I bought ebay Stealth Book , but I still can not understand a lot of things in there .:(
