How to buy a used Ebay account? (NOT stealth)

Hello!
I have 2 persons, that are ready to sell/present their REAL Ebay accounts (13 and 8 feedbacks). They are my friends from US. All neccessary ID's or documents they have in hands.

How i could register their Ebay accounts for my name?
Should i call Ebay? Actually we could just click "change address/name"

HOW i can do it in right way and legit??

If you are going to change the details anyway, why not just make your own account? Then you dont have to pay for it?

Its not exactly a lot of feedback you will be missing out on.

You also wont be able to change any names on paypal.

My location is European country. My stealth ebay accounts - US
I have some friends in USA. (thank you Work and Travel)

And you wanting to change it from usa address to a eu address?

If you change the name and address you will have to use your own id.. So why dont you make your own account from scratch?

No problems, i will use my own ID.
I have my own yet, i have real accounts of my friends (EU)

I just interesting in procedure of legit info changing in Ebay accounts.

Well no.. Changing a lot of info including changing your name and country can be risky and can get your account suspended because ebay will suspect account theft.

Especially if your friend is logging in with usa ip and you from the eu.

@wasaby, first step - understand stealth: read the guide +/- the forums.

Then when you understand all the ways stealth is done then make a decision to take the accounts and use them.

You need to make sure all is good with the eb and pp accounts your friends have.

I have enough experience working with Paypal/Ebay etc and try to believe: my knowledge about PP/EBAY antifraud system is much higher , then yours.

Honestly though I see no real upside for trying to do this with accounts with just 8 and 13 feedback. I would much rather rather start fresh stealths myself so I know for a fact they are 100% clean and have no baggage.

the way OP talks, i can only imagine how he swindled his friends into giving him access to their accounts. it's good to be in another country so you can easily turn and burn people's accounts without any repercussions.

and who knows what the hell that screenshot of someone else's account is about.

The 3rd definition in the Urban Dictionary brings a whole new meaning to it all, but at last it makes sense!

13 and 8 feedback isn't much, you should be able to create your own account and amass that much feedback without too much trouble to yourself or cause any problems for your friends.
