Who/what should I use? | There's many options;
1. Phone Tethering
2. Switching Modems
3. Dongles
4. MIFI's
5. VPS (only if the right one is found)
Which is best? It's up to you to figure which works best for you. |

Let me know when you hit NARU. You risk being there soon.
Very poor idea to use Tor.
I noticed you are hoping to purchase accounts. Please work out now that you should have an ISP local to the UK.
Your choice of Tor is flawed. Too many others have used it & ebay/paypal regard it as no good.

"Changing Your Router's Mac Address." | That is doable for some users.
Quite a few users are not techincally skilled. They have found it easier to use the options mentioned by MM78.
So long as stealth is working, and the choice is easy to make that is what matters.
Ease of use is part of good stealth activity.

| Haraen | 02-25-2014 10:19 AM | Re: PROXY servers (proxies) and VPN , TOR - Hiding your IP Ok, I was suspended from eBay and Paypal. When I'm opening a new account I'm going to use my prepaid Visa, and every time I change the card the number changes. However, the numbers are considered the bank account number, and generally I've been able to use the same account for multiple eBay/PP accounts.
My question is- can PP see my bank information and name on the account? I'd hate to get suspended because of that link. Also, I'm running a great VPN and am completely stealthed otherwise. Thanks! |

Are you saying that you have a Prepaid Visa Card that also comes with a Routing and Account number for deposits?
As far using the card itself for the address verification on paypal, the address on file with the prepaid card will have to match what you put in paypal as your address.
If you have not used the Routing/Account number before then it will be safe to use BUT you need to make sure whoever the issuing bank is will allow for mismatch name deposits...if that's the case that is. |
| Haraen | 02-27-2014 10:00 AM | Re: PROXY servers (proxies) and VPN , TOR - Hiding your IP Ok, sorry for the confusion. I guess what I'm asking is will my accounts be traced through the name on my bank accounts. The prepaid visa I use has a routing number and account (GreenDot). The account number is the same as the number on my card, and when I changed cards my account updated to the new number.
I'm debating using the same bank as it's under a different account, but it has the same name as before. Should I do it or just get a new account with a different bank? Also, the names match as well as the address. I really appreciate the help =) |

LMAO! I read this whole thread about IP tracking and the question was about bank accounts? Not making fun I just thought it was comical. Anyways, I have 10 accounts with ONE bank all under my name (I've been a member for a while so I can make and close accounts freely.) PayPal DOES NOT verify name and address only account # and Routing # although my bank says they COULD if they felt that they needed to. But judging from everyone's practices here, I don't think paypal does that often. |
