Changing Mac address vs using mobile

Am I better off changing Mac address to get new ip or constantly using mobile Internet, because mobile Internet changes eveytime, which is safer?

I prefer mobile internet if it's dynamic. Some providers are not.
Just make sure you change your mac address using a spoofing software, but you have to keep track of them so you remember what mac to plug in for what account. If you are using Amazon that is. For ebay ip address only matters.

For Amazon: If using different windows accounts and accessing each amazon account using Verizon's broadband(dynamic IPs) stick would be enough?

I thought Amazon pays attention to Mac Id's and hd-id ?
are you sure that usb stick is enough?

That's what I'm trying to figure out too. Unless I would have to invest more money and use different broadband sticks or steal other people's open connections!?

i only sell on ebay.

would it be suspocious to be constantly have different ip's, thru mobile?

or if i go the library and delete cookies, and use wifi, would that be ok?

i have a questions. if i make a stealth account, i need my own address in order to recieve goods, if the address match, but i spell it differently, would this still match in ebay's system?

It's not a good idea to use your 'own' address on a new stealth account. It is much better and recommended to have a new address that you can access. Even mis-spelling the address could cause flags especially if the account gets reviewed.
Being stealth means everything should be new and that includes address. What you have to try to do is not LINK anything to the old suspended you
The library is a kinda last resort for ebay access for me. Yeah, there's wifi but it's always at the back of my mind that someone else might also be doing ebay & having problems. Couple of years back I had Major drama at a library.
Turned out their systems admin only cleared cookies etc etc on the system at the end of a day. Just put me right off them. I'd go for mobile because you control the IPs. If you are in control then you lessen problems
As for the IPs being different with 'mobile', it's not a problem with a dynamic IP. You have to check B4 that the IP is dynamic not static.
Now should you have a dynamic IP, then it's OK provided numbers are within a range....
For example:

222.333.10.01
222.333.10.02
222.333.10.03
A range variation like that is acceptable.

also tmobile is based in georgia, im in the northeast ok right?

that means with stealth account i have no way of buying things off ebay because of address problems =[
