Question about user accounts and cookies

I currently have 2 separate windows user accounts set up on my computer. One account I have an eBay set up with my sister in laws info, the other account I use for doing things other things (no eBay)

If both windows user accounts share the same ip address, will the cookies be shared?

noo cookies shouldnt be shared,i run 4 different users on my laptop i believe that means 4 seperate lots of cookies

That is what I was hoping to hear.

I use my main windows user account to do stuff on amazon, Ebid, personal email, etc.... The only thing I am using the other windows user account for is doing eBay with sisters info. I just didn't want to have to change the ip every time I switched between user accounts, but I also didn't want eBay to be able to see the cookies from my personal account because I'm suspended...

no the cookies will definatly not be shared.

However operating the both under the same IP may LINK them. Meaning i one goes down the other may go down too.

Although ebay doesnt usually suspend due to IP alone it usually takes somthing else also to cause linkage.
