Do you need to read ebay and paypal emails thru dialup ?

hi, my main connection is a adsl connection which happens to be a Static IP i cant change. i will be purchasing a pre paid dial up account to use to make and also access ebay and pp when i have to. that much i know and should be ok.

however id like to know when reading ebay emails, notices, paypal emails, before i access them can i use my normal adsl internet connection or is it necessary to use my dialup account to read anything paypal, ebay related. ?

No way. I use my yahoo account to read all that email. It should be fine to email them back using those email account on your broadband also. BUT for me, I'm going to respond back to their questions via the ebay question reply form on the site while on dial up/ mobile card.

Be careful though and do not get nasty with anyone. The problem could bite you if they report your email to Ebay. Your IP address lurks within the header of every email. In fact Ebay makes people provide the headers when reviewing complaints.

As long as a buyer does not report you, you will be fine.....

You can also use Gmail, this works the best in my opinion, but its safe to read your emails in the dsl
