Ebay/PP tracking system

Does anyone know if ebay/PP continuously tracks your IP address each time you log in, or is it only checked and recorded the first time you create the accounts?

I'm wondering b/c I need to change my IP address but I dont know if its necessary to keep chaging it everytime I log into a new account.


Also, where can one find limitless IP addresses to use, any sites?

Yes, ebay and Paypal check your Ip every time you log in.

I recommend reading eBay Stealth if you haven't already. There is tons of information you need to know before getting started with a new account..

It mostly depends on your ISP, on DSL I get a ton of diff ones...on cable I get like 4 or 5...unless you use dial up you will get a bunch

I heard changing your IP on dial-up is the easiest. Is this true?

Dial-up usually changes automatically every time you log back in. DSL and cable you will have to reset the modem, and make sure the modem releases the current ip address on reconnecting.

If I sign up for a new pay pal account and new ebay id with new name and addy and bank acct etc and only use the new pay pal account with the new ebay account and never sign into the old ebay account ever again.
Will they know who I am if I keep the old pay pal accounts for other things I do online? Will they link me through the pay pal accounts?

They won't know as long as you change IP's and clear cookies.
