 Will this work?
I recently added a dialup and started a new account with it. Then I noticed something, the IP was always the same, I added the express dial up and now it is giving me different IP's almost every time. I have tracked them and it does go back to the old ones once in a while, but not always.
Wonder if it is safe to open a new account using a new user account on the laptop, connect the dial up and express and when I get a never used IP open accounts that way.
Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
