iPhone mobile hotspot wifi + bluetooth

In order to use my hotspot on my phone, I have to connect it to my computer using bluetooth and wifi. The wifi network my phone is connected to is the same network as my personal ebay account. However, when I go to ip burger once connected to the hotspot on my phone my ip address is not the same as the ip address for the home wifi. Does turning on the phone wifi link my stealth account when using the hotspot from the phone connected to my home wifi network? I have a feeling it doesn't but just want to verify.

Whichever IP that shows up is the IP that you are accessing the Net with - make sure it is the one you want - if not, shut down the other network so you force the other IP access...
