How does IP hopping work with Paypal? (Cellular/Dialup/DSL/etc.)

Just trying to understand. If you register a paypal under one IP, and continuing creating more on other IPs you hopped to, how do you log into the first paypal with the IP you started with? I don't think you can just command whatever IP you want? I would think paypal would notice if you logged into it from a trillion different IPs and scrutinize the account. Do you just keep hopping until you get the first one again? Uh, but, I've read some have hopped 1500 different IPs and didn't have a single repeat...

I would ask about ebay, but I assume whatever method works with paypal works with ebay.

I use dialup for many accounts and IP "hop" all the time. There have not been issues - make sure to keep cookies in place and use different user accounts

In the country I am in I never get repeats with my ip. Unlimited 3g, 250 mins, unlimited texts, about 8 usd a month. Bargain

You dont need to get the original IP to log into the first account.

So long as cookies are in place that is enough. You can then use any IP address to log into that original account, so long as its not a repeated IP used on another account

Oh, so paypal cares mainly about the cookies due to all its IP-changing DSL/cellular/dialup customers. Does it care about the flash cookies or does it not care if you're running I.E. 1.0 that doesn't have flash?

(Cable customers seem to be a large majority in the USA, so I don't know if that group is significant enough to avoid scrutiny.)

I disable flash cookies myself.

Normal cookies are enough

yep , just disable that evil adobe junk , html5 can play youtube much better than flash anyway..
