Ok, obviously we are all clearing our cookies to stop ebay tracking us. (essential if we have more than 1 ebay account)
You will at some time have to verify your identity where you will receive an automated call to your phone number on file.
Once you have done thisyou get the option
Do you want ebay to remember your computer?
Yes / No.
I am guessing that if you click yes that ebay can put a note in the registry therefore always remembering your computer. I doubt that this remembering will just create a cookie.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Does the future mean 1 laptop for 1 ebay account, unless we become advanced users in tweaking the registry?
I downloaded a program from download.com and used a serial from serials.ws
The program was blocked and i uninstalled and reinstalled. Every time I got the message the serial was invalid. I even did a restore, still the message.
I think they will make setting up new account harder. Sorry to waffle.
