Customer Representative Debit Adjustment?

I have had all my cards cleared with Customer Representative Debit Adjustment being the reason why.

What does this mean?! I emailed them friday and still no response only been told that their financial department is reviewing this case.

Yea there was only a couple of quid on each card now big amounts but still, what does it mean?!

Have you tested the card(s) out? Still work? Hmm havent had that happen - did you name cards in different names? That's not a good idea
