IIRC online retail platforms are required by law to work at preventing sale of phake merch. Otherwise they get in trouble. They cant stop all of them, but they 'tried' which let's them continue their operations. Box stores dont have that leisure because they're not a conglomerate of tons of individual sellers. So Trump is targeting that. If you dont have access to cheap merch online (cause they're phake) then you gotta go to Kohl's.
Maybe I'm taking it out of context - I saw Fentanol or w/e was mentioned, but that's some narcotic that's 50-100x more potent than morphine - a drug, not a knockoff. Between tariffs, threatening ending China/US postal treaty and this I'd say Trump is targeting the ecommerce market, esp China.

He can't do anything about this. USPS has been a private company since 1971.

This isn't actually true because USPS makes MORE each year from Amazon. USPS also willingly made the deal.

That means overtime for USPS from x2 days of backed up packages. My mailman gets +4hr overtime and doesnt seem to mind.
I believe he's self/business oriented. What he's done for corp tax rates and deductions for qualifying businesses is substantial but then you get tariffs, so :noidea: |
