Taking advantage of Casino Bonus's

Hi I have a friend who uses casino start up bonuses with a few online casinos, he will set up new accounts using new cards and email address, i'm not sure how if/he changes his address etc.

He is making good money from this and is currently recruiting his friends and having them request 5/6 new bank cards a week in order to use these bonus tricks.

I thought some of the way stealth accounts operated shared similarities for what he is doing and wondered if this could be a crossover.

Hes told me it's not illegal as your not breaking the law but are breaking the casino's terms and conditions.

Any thoughts or advise on what to tell him, help him?

He is right its not illegal but I would hold on on opening bank accounts for him or saying your card is lost over and over again.
