Help with ip address

I have spoofed my mac address and still my ip stays the same. I have a router/modem its a 2 in one. I changed the mac address then restarted it and it remains the same someone please help me.

Dialup gives you tons of ip addresses, but very slow, that's the only prob, but it does the job.

Tethering with an android phone/unlocked iphone gives you a nice amount of ip addresses

Is dial up free if I have a phone line? If so how do i set it up.
